Danny Gordon is a self-taught artist/illustrator who
lives in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with his wife Sandra
and Ben, their amazingly well-mannered cat.
When he is not illustrating children's books, or
working on his newest doggie creation in his studio,
he maintains a busy schedule visiting schools and
Public Libraries.
"I enjoy entertaining and inspiring people with my
art, especially children."
"Danny's Doggies," his newest and most successful
artistic achievement began in September of 2003, when
his beloved wife suggested that he spruce up his
company image by designing a colorful character. Thus
Sheriff Dan Ward was created. She then suggested
designing a side-kick for Sheriff Ward. After a few
failed attempts, Tar the Basset Hound was created.
Danny has since illustrated over 200 dog and cat
caricatures which have been sold to thousands of happy
customers across the nation!
